It is with heavy hearts that Sonja's family announces her passing at the age of 84. She passed away peacefully at the Good Samaritan in Stony Plain. 
 

Sonja will be missed by her son David (Yvonne), daughter Jean Gagnon (Dan), siblings Nancy and Roy, sister in law Jacqueline, her grandsons, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Sonja was predeceased by her loving husband Phil of 60 years; her sisters Vera, Lillian and Mildred; and parents Harry and Anna Sawchuk.
 

At this time no service has been planned. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to the "Parkinson's Society of Canada."
