SEE YOU LATER

Greetings friends - some of you were very special.
I don't know who wrote the following script, but I fell in love with it.
The owner of the 'house' I have occupied here on earth has served notice that I must soon move out. He will not make many more repairs, since I am going to vacate anyway.
The foundation is crumbling, the roof leaks, the heating system is failing, and the windows are getting dim. The steps are getting shaky, the hinges are getting rusty and squeaky. Yet I add, I don't dread the thought of moving.
I have been overwhelmed by the immediate advantage of the new home over the old one; so much so that now instead of dreading it, I am beginning to be anxious to move. If it were not for a few things I need yet to do, I would move promptly. Departed August 16, 2019.
Life has been an awesome journey- a loving wife for over fifty years, two loving children, and the opportunity to meet and share some time with so many of you.
God took me over the rough spots, and it is getting near the last chapter of my part in the movie of life. Thanks for stopping by. Take someone out for coffee, sit around the campfire, play a tune and pretend I am there.
