It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the sudden, unexpected passing of Pamela (Pam) Dawn Ayres on February 21, 2017 in Edmonton, at the age of 60.  Pam was predeceased by her mother, Lucille Verna May Lundeberg; her father, Virgil Oliver Ayres; the father of her children, John Joseph Matalski, and her eldest son, Darcey John Matalski.

Pam is survived by, and will be deeply missed by her loving and devoted partner of 15 years, Walter Nikolyuk; her children and grandchildren, son Jesse (Melinda), Justin and Nathan; daughter Crystal (Jody), Tristan, Lynnea, Hailey, Sonora; daughter in-law, Linda, Tamara and Tia; her siblings, Donna, James, Calvin (Kathy) and Douglas (Kerri); as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family is sincerely grateful for all the heartfelt words and prayers received in our time of loss. Please join us in a celebration of Pam’s life on Friday, March 3^rd, 2017 at 2 p.m., at the Wildwood Community Hall.
