Lillian Dahl

Our beloved mom Lillian Alice Dahl (Nygarrad) born January 23, 1938 in Toronto, Ontario passed away December 31, 2024 at the age of 86 years.

Lillian was born to Ella and Walter Nygaard. She had four boys Jim, Delbert,Perry and Brian and five grandchildren Kevin, Kansas, Jordan, Ali and Jamie.

She was a cook for the Northern Road Crews and lived in various areas like Sylvan Lake A.B., Mondare A.B., Maple Ridge, B.C. and having lived her latest years in Parkland County. Mom was a mother to all. No matter how old you were she fed you and told you what to do, everyone loved and respected her dearly. She had a love for creating knitted blankets, one of which we all have. Above all, Lillian loved her Labs, her acreage, the birds and her flowers.

Unfortunately Lillian had a stroke two months ago and she never recovered. At her request there will be no funeral service or celebration. Lillian will be laid to rest in Sylvan Lake, Alberta at the Lakeview Cemetery at a later date.
