In Loving Memory of Kenneth O. Marion.

On Wednesday September 28, 2022, Ken Passed away peacefully at home, at the age of 87 years.

He is survived by his children, Rick (Rita) Marion of Sexsmith AB, Diana (Brian) Krishka of Edmonton AB, Gale Marion of Entwistle AB, & Dale Marion of Edmonton AB. His six grandchildren Heather, Nikki (Orry), Cody (Tara), Shaylynn (Joesy), Shelby and Daniel and four great grandchildren, Emma, Breanne, Nikolias and Xavier. As well as his sisters, Loretta Martin, Ruby Ludbrook, and Annette Wicker.

Ken was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Ruth; father, Ovila Kenneth; mother, Virginia Marie; brother Harvey; sisters Aldina, Florence, Rose and Elodie.

He had an extremely larger than life personality and volunteered many years in the community and surrounding areas. Entwistle Fire Dept, coaching baseball, umpiring baseball, hockey referee, Hunter’s Training, Fishing Training and FireArm Safety Courses, to name a few.

Ken had a love for life, his family, and other people. He had a calling to teach young and old all that he could and was like a sponge of knowledge. Ken took pride in absolutely everything he did. He was always lending a helping hand to whomever needed it. Ken loved to chat with people and tell his stories from years ago. He had a large sense of humour, was always telling jokes, and he always looked at the positive things in life. Ken touched the hearts and souls of everyone that knew him. He is and will be, greatly missed. His home was Entwistle for 60 Years. Please feel free to share any pictures or stories that you have of him.
