Joseph (Joe) Victor Van De Castle

March 11, 1957 – September 3, 2024

It is with great sadness that, after a long battle with cancer, we announce the passing of Joe Van De Castle on September 3, 2024.

Joe is survived by his wife, Bert; sons Derrick and his wife Rachelle, and Stephen and his wife Rachele; 3 grandchildren; and his sister Trudy.

Joe was predeceased by his parents, Victor and Madeline and his brother Robert.

As per his request, there will be no funeral service.  An informal social gathering will be held on Saturday Sept 21st at the Berrymoor Centre (6120 TWP RD 500). Friends and family are welcome to stop by anytime between 1-5 pm.

We would like to extend a very heartfelt thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at the Cross Cancer Institute in Edmonton for their support and kindness over the past 3 years.

If you wish, memorial donations in his name can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
