Jerry Dick

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jerry (Jerome) Dick on January 26, 2024.

Jerry is survived by his brother Ron Dick and predeceased by his parents John and Helen Dick.

 Jerry, also known as Mr.Dick to most, was not only a teacher at Grand Trunk High School, he was a coach, volunteer, Mayor and friend to Evansburg. He gave endless hours to the school and community to ensure the students and kids were able to participate in the sports they loved. From coaching Volleyball, Basketball , volunteering for soccer and attending countless local sporting events, Jerry always gave his time in one way or another. I'm sure that every student, athlete and person who has crossed his path has a Jerry story to share.

A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday February 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Evansburg Legion Hall.
