Jean-Pierre was born on June 3, 1956 in St. Alexandre De Kamouraska, Quebec. Son of Irené Deschenes (deceased) and Ellianne Ouellet (deceased).
Jean-Pierre leaves behind to treasure his memory; wife Remelina Deschenes, his daughter Lydia Deschenes and his son Stephane Deschenes (deceased). He also leaves to mourn his sisters Jeannine (Laurent Ouellet), Rosalie (Jacques Bouchard), Gisele (Serge Beauchamp) (deceased) and his brother Yvon (Nicole Coté), nephew, nieces, cousins and friends.
