Iris Elizabeth Goodale (nee Campbell)

September 11, 1956 ~ April 17, 2025

It is with heavy hearts and incredible sadness that the family announces the passing of a very kind and beloved wife, sister, step-sister, aunt, great aunt and also a great-great aunt on the morning of April 17, 2025.

Iris is predeceased by her father (John Donald Campbell); mother (Anne Doell Campbell); step-mother (Evelyn Ladaceour Gervais Campbell); brother (Steven John Campbell); nephew (Wesley Richard Lunn); step-brothers (Ron Gervais, Jim Gervais and Stephen John Gervais).

Iris is survived by her devoted and loving husband Raymond of 34.5 years; sisters Ruth Lorraine Campbell Lunn (Richard) and Lynda Louise Campbell White; brother Raymond James Campbell (Norah Ladonna); step-sisters Faye Gervais Hetherington (Bob) and Karen Gervais Jarvis (Julian); step-brother Pat Gervais; and sister-in-law Doris Mahnke Campbell. She also leaves behind nieces Cindi Anne Lunn (Jeff Chung) and Jennifer Ann Campbell; nephews Brent Lunn and Ian Campbell; great nephew Ryder Campbell Stewart Lunn; and great niece  Charlie Craig Campbell (Charlie's mother Andrea Craig) and various cousins. Iris is also survived by brother-in-law Charles Goodale (Sharon); sister-in-law Thelma Goodale; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; as well as the church and community members.

Iris was a very compassionate person with an outmatched sense of humour and could find happiness and joy in everything. Even with her medical issues, Iris could find something in everything. Iris truly had a heart of gold. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

What earth has lost, heaven has gained another Angel.

A viewing shall take place on Thursday April 24, 2025 from 1-4 p.m. at Town and Country Funeral Services. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday April 29, 2025. Interment shall take place at 11:00 am at the Evansburg Baptist Cemetery just North of Evansburg with the Church Service following at 1:00 pm at the Entwistle Community Church.
