March 24, 1947 – Sept 8, 2019

It comes with very heavy hearts that we must announce that Irene has passed away after a short battle of cancer.  Irene was surrounded by her family and friends at the time of her passing.  

She will be dearly missed by all that knew her. 

Irene was predeceased by her parents:  Alfred Sawyer and Doreen Sawyer 

Funeral service will be held at St Joseph’s Church in Whitecourt, AB on Friday Sept 20, 2019 at 1:00 pm.            

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Blue Ridge Community Hall.

The family would like thank all for their love and support given to Irene – it really made things easier.
