“GENE” (ALFRED EUGENE) WIKSTROM

APRIL 9, 1944 – JULY 11, 2017

The family of Gene Wikstrom regret to inform you that Gene passed away on Tuesday, July 11^th, 2017 after a lengthy battle with asbestosis.

Gene was pre-deceased by his son – Perry; Mother – Elvira; Father – Oscar; brothers – Floyd; Addlore; Stan; Mervin; Milton and Vint.

He leaves to mourn his wife of 53 years – Annette; daughter – Jackie (Dale); son – Wayne (Tina); grandsons – Addlore; Samuel; Kaine; Pryde; Josh; Dylan and Connor; granddaughters – Draiven; Courtney; Cailie and Madison; great-grandson – Kiefer and his sister Joan McDonald; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

There will be a graveside service in celebration of Gene’s life on Saturday, July 22, 2017 - 12:00 Noon at the Darwell Cemetery. Fellowship and refreshment will follow at the Darwell Golden Age Club.
