Eleanor Nero

It is with heavy hearts and fond memories that the family of Eleanor Elizabeth Nero announce her peaceful passing on July 18, 2021. She was affectionately known as Eleanor, Lula, Lou, Aunty Lou, and Granny Lou.

She leaves to cherish the memories her loving companion, Ken Carlstrom; her children Katherine (Lyle) Nero, Marilyn (John) Johnson, and Dale (Lillian) Nero; her grandchildren Alex (Kim) Campbell, Necail Campbell (Alanna), and Bob Campbell (McKayla); Carrie (Dale) Stone, and Lacey Johnson; Kaitlyn Zslnka (Nick), Kendall (Kirsten) Zslnka, and Morgan Zslnka; and great-grandchildren Lincoln, Edison, Victoria, Sheridan, Zane, Rhett, Saylor, and Tanner; brother Gerry (Gail) Vankosky; sister Lorraine (Jack) Barroso;brother Barry (Shirley) Vankosky; along with many other family and friends.

Eleanor was predeceased by her husband, Albert Nero; parents Alf and Ester Vankosky; and brothers Bobby, Geno and Ernie.

As per Mom’s wishes, there will be no funeral service.
