Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Larae Hakes (63) following a heart attack on June 30, 2023. Donna was born on February 11, 1960 in Nanaimo, BC. She was a free spirit who spent her life sowing seeds of friendship and family wherever she went, but especially throughout Mayerthorpe and surrounding areas.
A simple memorial service will be held on Saturday August 5, 2023 between 12:00-3:00 pm at the Mayerthorpe Legion
