HOUSTON, CHRISTOPHER GIBBONS

With great sadness, the family of Christopher Gibbons Houston announce his passing. Chris died of cardiac arrest in the home he built on the land he loved in the morning hours of October 25, 2021. Chris was a builder of all things.  He built buildings, friendships, and family. Chris never dreamed of success, he worked for it and he achieved it.  We will always remember the gentle and kind way Chris loved each and every one of us and we will always love Chris.  He will forever be remembered and forever be missed.  Chris leaves behind a loving wife Dixie, his children Leanne (Dave), Blair (Holly), Robert (Jennifer), Maxwell (Dalaney), Chad (Kelly), Brandi (Ryan), Jamie and Kalvin.  Chris loved his grandchildren Tyler (Justice), Connor, Malakai, Ava, Alexis, Kaedin, Simon, Chloe, Hailey, Emily, Zoey, Cohen, Alex, Aleigha, Takai, Koji, Kaz and Mieko who all loved him dearly.  Chris is predeceased by his parents John Blair and Irene Jean of Castlegore, Ireland and he is survived by his five siblings Arthur (Claire), Hazel (James), Charles (Flo), Bertie and Norman (Angela).

A celebration of life will be held at a later date (to be announced) for family and friends.
