KORSA, Carol (nee Winchester)
August 1, 1928 - March 5, 2014
It is with sadness that we announce the
passing of Carol Edna Korsa of Seba Beach,
formerly of Taber, at the age of 85 years on
March 5, 2014. Carol is survived by her
children Carol (Lloyd) Hilts of Seba Beach,
Glenda (Early) Jackman of Sylvan Lake, Ed
Korsa of Seba Beach, Valerie (Scott)
McKenzie of Lake Isle; grandchildren
Joanne (Shane), Scott (Krystal), Kerra,
Mikel (Rosemarie), Denilia, Nikole, Sean
(Kristina) and Alex; 15 great-grandchildren;
her brother Earl (Doreen) Winchester of
Aetna; sister-in-law Jeanette Powell of
Taber; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins
and friends.
Carol was predeceased by her husband
George; daughter Kathy; grandsons Ross
and Russell; great-grandson Timothy;
sisters Sybil Goldthorpe, Cleo Bain, Helen
Winkler; brothers Ronald and Dale
Winchester; in-law Tom Goldthorpe, Doris
Winchester, George and Margaret Powell,
Alex and Olga Powell, Mike Powell, Bill and
Mary Powell, Ann and George Allan, Johnny
Korsa, and Helen and Leo Peterson.
Funeral Services will be held at the
Christian Fellowship Church at Seba Beach
on Tuesday, March 11 at 1:00 p.m. Viewing
will be from 11:30 - 12:30 p.m. In lieu of
flowers, the family asks that donations be
made to the charity of your choice.
