Joshua Willis Spilman
1984-2019

It is with heavy hearts that we wish to announce the sudden passing of Josh on Monday, January 21st, 2019 at the age of 34. He was born in Fredericton N.B. and resided in Whitecourt A.B. Josh leaves to cherish in his memory his beloved wife Jacqueline and his three beautiful children Kayden, Kirsten and Edric. His loving mother Marianne and father Hal Spilman, his sisters, Melissa (Ben) Hansen, Heidi (Jay) Spilman, Brittney (Marc) Levy. His many aunts uncles and nieces and nephews, and his dear friends. He is predeceased by his grampy Spilman (Anita) and Morfar (Lis).

His passions for life were his family and for the community he served as a firefighter for seven years, winning firefighter of the year twice he was also known as a good Samaritan for his kind helping hands he was known for always making people laugh and his loyalty. Josh suffered from mental illness and his illness and torment is what took ahold of him in the end. Josh will be profoundly missed by all.
