Allen Dale Desjarlais

It is with great sadness that the family of Dale Desjarlais announces his passing, at home, surrounded by his loving family on Friday September 21, 2018 at the age of 59, after his battle with esophageal cancer. Dale was born in Cold Lake, Alberta to his loving parents Eva and Jospeh Desjarlais. Left to cherish precious memories are Dale's wife Evelyn; daughter Michelle (Eugene), Anna (Roger), Crystal (Matthew), Tiffany (Brody); adopted children, Mark Claybrook, Jahla Maisonneuve (Richie) and Dawn Young; grandchildren Chris, Alyshia (Wes), Micheal (Gabby), Brandon (Nicole), Troy, Nolan, Logan, Sophia, Harmony, Autumn, Kenna, Lainey, Serenity, Phoenix and Mykinli; great grandchildren, Ryder, Nixon and Avery; sisters Doreen, Bertha, Sonja, Elaine (Henry), Barbara and Darlene; brothers Jerry (Pat) and Donny (Alice); numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Dale was predeceased by his mother Eva, father Joseph, brother Howard and niece Donna. 

Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday September, 30 at 1:00 pm at the Mayerthorpe Legion with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes in Dale's memory may be made directly to the Cross Cancer Institute.
